Due to a recent migration of our Ticketing System (including this Help Center), some customers may find it difficult to log into the Help Center to view current and past Tickets.
If you find yourself unable to login successfully using the Sign In link located at the top right of the Help Center (pictured below),
then submit a Help Center Account Support Ticket by clicking on the Submit Support Ticket link and selecting Imaging Software / Hardware - Support Request from the drop-down.
Make sure you supply the email address attached to the account you wish to regain access to. For the description, inform the Support Representative that you are unable to access your Support Tickets and need your account reactivated.
